Location is great, near public transportation and withing walking distance to the Old Town (10 or 15 minutes). Neighborhood feels safe, near restaurants, shops and Tesco. We booked a quadruple apartment with two single beds and a sofa-bed, it was nice and clean. Breakfast was served in a beautiful cellar; cheeses, hams, bread, yogurt, pastries (packed), cereal, milk, tea, they have a self-serve Nescafe machine for capuccino, espresso, mochaccino and hot chocolate. Staff was nice and helpful, they gave us a map and detailed directions of how to get to the old town and what to see. I would recommend this hotel if you don't have to use the sofa-bed, it's soooo uncomfortable.
When I booked the apartment and until the day I left for Prague, the description said that American Express credit cards were accepted. When I arrived at the hotel they indicated otherwise; we had to look for alternatives to pay for the room, not easy when it's your first time in Prague. I see that just recently they have removed Amex from their page. The coffee maker mentioned in the room facilities section is actually an electric kettle, tv is a plain old one, not LCD/Flat screen as described. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable, mattress was so thin I could feel the springs; I slept there a week ago and my back still hurts.

The aparthotel is located in the city centre, we were only couple of minutes walk away from the national theatre and the river as well. The area seemed to be safe and many nice bars, restaurants nearby. Internet connection (cable only as we found out) was okay in the apartment. The area (not the aprtment) is quiet.
Unless you want to experience sleeping next to a car park, make sure you do not get the ground floor apartment (as we did). The courtyard is used as a parking lot, plus it is an enclosed place with a bar terrace next door so very noisy. The feeling of an old building is romantic, but rather cold and smells a bit damp. The (continental!) breakfast is served in a very cold cellar, cool but we had to wear our jackets for breakfast in August! Cleaning of rooms and changing of towels seemed to be a rare and superficial thing. The third bed was a fold-out sofa, rather uncomfortable.

Location . It was a 10 min walk to Old Town square and other attractions but still far away from noisy parts of the city when you wanted to rest. Well furnished and modern apartment
Breakfast provided although basic could have been of a better quality. Mattress on the sofabed was unconfortable. A microwave in the kitchen would have also been very helpful.

Good location, large apartment (we stayed in a one-bedroom). Friendly and helpful staff. The internet is free of charge, but you should mention you need it at the reception - there's no WiFi, so they give you a cable.
The breakfast could have been better - would have been nice to have some fresh bakery.
